Getting approved plans for a TimberTiny dream home couldn’t be easier! follow these four simple steps:

Step 1 – Choose a unit from our amazing range that suites your needs. (see note “a” – below)

Step 2– Pay the required 50% initial deposit

Step 3 – Provide us with the paperwork we require and give us a few days to get the plans adjusted to your specific site and conditions.

Step 4 – Pay the balance on approval of the plans from your local Authority
