What do we do?

TimberTiny designs a unique range of distinct designer timber homes. Our homes are designed to be built in South Africa using sustainably harvested timber and boards.

What About Approvals?

All of our homes are designed in compliance with the South African National Building Regulations. We routinely obtain municipal approval for all of the homes in our range.

What about Bond Finance?

TimberTiny homes have been built using bond finance. (This becomes possible because of the care we have taken to ensure that TimberTiny homes comply will all the regulations and standards that apply to the construction of timber homes)

What about Insurance?

TimberTiny homes are fully insurable (This becomes possible because of the care we have taken to ensure that TimberTiny homes comply will all the regulations and standards that apply to the construction of timber homes)

What about Fire?

We have taken great care to ensure that TimberTiny homes comply with the same fire regulations as conventional brick houses.

What clever technology do you use?

None whatsoever! We use conventional construction technology... but we use it in a clever and pleasing way!!
